This policy explains our shipping methods, costs, delivery times, and your responsibilities as a customer.
Please read it before completing your purchase.Processing Time:Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our fulfillment partners begin preparing your order immediately. For this reason, order cancellations are not supported once the order is placed.You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships. That email will include a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
United States Shipping:
Standard Ground: Free for orders totaling 59.00 USD or more. For orders below 59.00 USD, shipping is 8.50 USD. Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. Carriers include UPS, FedEx, and USPS.2nd Day Express: Available for 11.00 USD. Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days. Not available for PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, or FPO addresses. Next Day Air: Cost calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. Not available for PO Boxes or remote areas.Orders to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, and FPO addresses ship via USPS. Standard shipping rates apply but delivery may take longer than 2 to 5 business days.
Canada Shipping:
Standard International Shipping: Flat rate of 6.00 USD. Delivery takes 3 to 10 business days. Orders arrive via local postal service or UPS directly to your door.All international orders including Canada must be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder.
Customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These fees are not included in your shipping charge and are the customer’s sole responsibility. Vanillaperfumelayering.com has no control over these fees and cannot predict them. Please contact your local customs office before ordering if you are concerned about potential fees.

For any country not listed above, shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size. Base cost starts at 6.00 USD plus approximately 1.20 USD per item. Delivery takes 4 to 12 business days with full tracking.Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.International orders must be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address.Tracking Information:Every order includes tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout once your order ships.Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
If your tracking number shows no movement for 10 or more business days, please contact us at shipping@vanillaperfumelayering.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.Lost in Transit:If your tracking number shows no updates for 10 or more business days and the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement. We cover all costs for lost in transit packages.Resolution typically takes 5 to 7 business days for carrier investigation.
Delivered But Not Received:
Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements. Carriers use GPS scanners to record the exact delivery location where the package was left.If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, take the following steps. First, check with neighbors or anyone else at your address. Second, wait 1 to 2 business days because carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before the final drop off. Third, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a missing package report. Fourth, file a police report if you believe the package was stolen from your property.
We understand this is frustrating. However, because we cannot verify delivery issues beyond carrier records, this policy applies to all orders without exception.To protect yourself, consider using a secure delivery address such as your workplace, a package locker, or require signature confirmation at checkout where available.Undeliverable and Refused Packages:If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pick up the package from a carrier holding location, we will refund the product cost minus all shipping charges. Original shipping fees are non refundable.If you wish to have the order reshipped after it is returned, you must pay for shipping again.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to the countries and regions listed above. Some remote areas may not be serviceable by our carriers. If your address is not serviceable, we will contact you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative or cancel your order for a full refund.We do not ship to freight forwarders or mail forwarding services. Orders placed with forwarding company addresses will be canceled and refunded minus any processing fees.PO Boxes and APO FPO Addresses:For United States orders, we ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses via USPS. Standard Ground rates apply but delivery times may be longer than 2 to 5 business days. Express shipping options are not available for these addresses.
For international orders, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required.Holiday and Peak Season Shipping:During holiday periods and peak seasons such as November through January, delivery times may be longer than the estimates provided above. We recommend placing holiday orders at least 10 to 14 business days before the desired delivery date.
Order Tracking and Notifications:
You will receive the following email notifications from us.Order confirmation sent immediately after you place your order. Shipping confirmation sent when your order leaves the fulfillment center, includes tracking number. Delivery confirmation sent when the carrier marks the package as delivered.If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder.
